User Access Levels
All users have an Access Level that gives access to different system functions.
These levels can be used in the page CONDition command to only show content for certain users.
| 0 | Banned |
| 1 | Unconfirmed Self Registrant |
| 2 | Self Registrant |
| 4 | Restricted User |
| 6 | Standard User |
| 10 | Advanced User |
| 20 | Administrator |
| 100 | UDB Controller |
