The Orders/Stock tab is separated out into three other tabs with the following information:
The Orders tab is contains a grid that displays all the orders that are held against the company in chronological order. The orders can be filtered to only show outstanding orders by clicking on the Outstanding tick box. Double clicking on an Order Number or clicking on the order line and hitting the Edit Button will open the Orders window and display the full details of the order that was placed. See more information on Order Screen Overview. If you cannot see a order line you are expecting, use the scroll bar to move to the top of the grid.
2. Stock Groups
This tab allows you to set up discounts for Item Groups for an individual company. The discounts your set up are dependent on how many items are taken. For example, if two items are taken then a discount of 10% is applied, and if three are taken then a discount of 15% is applied etc. Discounts entered here will be applied to all orders this company places that contain this Item Group.
The Item Groups themselves can also have their own minimum quantity discount structure applied rather than just by individual company, for more information see Item Groups.
3. Publication Details
The publication details tab breaks down the order lines to show all the adverts/editorial placed, and the issue-publication they were placed in along with other information such as value, page number and number of enquiries. To see the information you must hit the Refresh button. This will display all the orders placed. To refine your search, enter a publication code in the field and hit the Refresh button again. To clear your search, click on the Product Code to go back to the publication you were currently working in.
To view the order in more detail, double click on the order number to go into the Orders screen. In the Publication Details grid the line number column tells you which order line corresponds to that order.
The report can be exported to Excel by clicking on the Excel button.
