Communication Responses

The result of a communication e.g. a good or bad response to a phone call can be recorded by a Communication Response which is listed in the main communication grid.

To Add a Response to a Communication

  • In the Communication Window click to the Links tab and tick the response received box

  • Today's date will automatically be entered although this can be changed if necessary.
  • Enter or Search for the code required.
  • Hit the Tick button to save changes

Setting Up Additional Communication Responses

If the response you require is not already listed or you would like to enter new ones :
  • Go to Parameter & Lists > General > Communication Resp. in the main menu bar.
  • Add a new code up to two letters and either hit the New Button on the Navigation Toolbar, a message will pop-up with Add New. Comm. Resp? Click on Yes.
  • Enter a description of the response
  • Click the Tick button to save.

Deleting Communication Responses

  • Go to Parameter & Lists > General > Communication Resp. in the main menu bar.
  • Search for the response you would like to delete.
  • Hit the Delete button on the Navigation Toolbar. A message will pop-up Delete Comm. Resp? Click on Yes.
