Finding a Communication

Sometimes you may need to find a communication you have made, but may have forgotten the company name or the name of the contact it was addressed to.

The fastest way to find this communication is to filter the list of all your communications. To do this:

  • Open the Organiser by clicking on its icon in the toolbar  
  • Click on the Communications tab.
  • In the Containing Text field at the bottom of the page type a word or phrase that appears in the communication you are looking for.
  • As you type each letter the list in the grid will decrease until only the communication that match your criteria are displayed.
  • Double clicking on the required Comm. Number will open the Communications window.
