HTML_SPECIAL_CHARS

Converts any HTML special characters to their HTML code

This command can have an {END_HTML_SPECIAL_CHARS} command.

In this case, the string in-between will replace the first parameter and the format will be {HTML_SPECIAL_CHARS} string {{END_HTML_SPECIAL_CHARS}

This is particularly useful if the string is particularly long or contains commas.
