TITLE
Intelligently change the first character of each word to upper case.
This will ignore any of the following words:
'of','a','the','and','an','or','nor','but','is','if','then','else','when','at','from','by','on','off','for','in','out','over','to','into','with'
This command can have an {END_TITLE} command.
In this case, the string in-between will replace the first parameter and the format will be {TITLE} string {{END_TITLE}
This is particularly useful if the string is particularly long or contains commas.
