Clicking this button will take you to the first record in the series
Clicking this button will take you to the previous record.
Clicking this button will take you to the next record.
Clicking this button will take you to the last record in the series.
|This button is used to create a new record in the main window based on the content of the fields in the Hot Area or an automatically generated sequential number.|
This button is used to edit some or all of the information found in the current window you are viewing.
This button is to delete the current record found in the current window.
The Word Output button allows you to create a word document and merge information from the window you are currently working in, these documents have already been set up, see Setting up Communication Documents. Right clicking on this icon gives other output options, the option sends directly to the printer and the email button allows you to send any document that has been to set up as an email, whether in the body of the text or as an attachment, see Emailing from a Communication.
