Purchase Aged Debt Report

To Create a Purchase Aged Debt Report

  • Go to Accounts > Purchase Ledger > Purchase Aged Debt Report in the main menu bar.
  •  

  • Select between a detailed report and a summary report.
  • Enter or Search for the Event/Publication codes you wish to run the report on. Holding down the Control key on your keyboard while clicking will allow you to select multiple event/publications. Leaving this field blank will include all Events/Publications.
  • Separate Reports Tick Box

    If the report is to be run on more than one event/publication, tick this box if you would like the reports separated out.

    By Transaction

    Tick this box if you would like the report listed by transaction code rather than company code.

    Cut off Date

    Enter a cut off date for the transactions reported on. This will be defaulted to today's date but can be changed to produce a back dated aged debt report. Allocations are not represented on back dated reports.

    Include Final Items Only

    This box is ticked by default to only include transactions that have been finalised. To look at all transactions, untick this box.

    Show ExRt Dif

    Show exchange rate differences. This box is ticked by default.

    Debts

    Include debts in the report. This box is ticked by default. Untick to exclude debts.

    Credits

    Include credits in the report. This box is ticked by default. Untick to exclude credits.

    Greater Than

    Enter an amount if you would like the report to only list debts over a certain value. The second fields is for credits over a certain value.

    Oldest Debt Age Range

    You can specify what timeframe you would like the report run on, e.g. 30-60 days, 60-90 days. If these are left at 0, the report will run on all debts.

    Output Options

    There are different output options depending on how you would like the report to be presented, tick one of the boxes to have the report

    • By Company Code
    • By Company Name
    • By Last Invoice
    • By Total Value
    Print in Foreign Currency?

    Tick this box if you would like the box if you require foreign currencies to be printed.

     

     

    To output the report, click on the output button. Right clicking on this button brings up the options of:

     

    Sent to Screen (can then be printed)
    Sent to Printer
    Exported to Excel. Clicking on this button brings up an Additional Info tick box which includes; the percentage of the total debt outstanding, the number of days the oldest debt is outstanding, contact details, the last Accounts communication and the date it was created.
