UA_OPT

This will return TRUE if the user has the specified User Access Option checked.

User Access Options can be setup and applied to users in the Organisation area.

Number	Name	Default	Type	Description
1	name		String	The Access Option Name
2	level	0	Integer	The user level to check. If the user is of this level or above then TRUE will be returned regardless of the access option. See {USER_LEVEL} for more info.
