TIMEZONE_OFFSET
This will either return the Users Time Zone GMT offset, if no paramater is specified, or the GMT offset for a particular timezone.
You can see a list of time zones here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones.
Use "Europe/London" for the UK.
