Item types are used to group items together by type. Such as "Advert" or "Stand".
In Maintenance > Order & Items > Item Types, you can add new item types by clicking on the 
button.
In this window you can define the name of the Item Type, the Product Type it will apply too, how to charge and invoice items of this type and a number of additional options. You can also add a unit description and an initial stock level. Finally you can add an issue quantity and select a default nominal code. Click the 
button to save your changes.
You can view all the Items of a particular type from within the Item Type Record.
