The Sales Transaction Print page is a useful tool to create an invoice for a company.
The report holds several options to customise the invoice. It begins by requesting the Product, then you can continue to fill in the required variables. This could include Transaction date From and To, Transaction Code From and to, and Company Code From and to. You can then select which transaction types are required e.g. Sales Invoice, Sales Credit, Sales Receipt, Sales Refund, Write off, or Write back. There is also the option to select any or none of the above.
Finally you just need to select which output to view the report. Options available are Screen view, Excel, CSV, and PDF. Then click either 'Run' to view the report, or 'Reset' to change the variables.
