The User Signature page is used to view, edit and add additional User Signatures.
User Signatures are presented in a List.
To add a new user signature go to Maintenance > User Signatures and click the
button to open the new window, here you can add the title and the text, you can then use this as a block in the document template area or as a signature in the email templates. You can also upload pictures by clicking the
button if you need to upload a scan of a real signature for example.
