Generate Reports

Ultimate Database allows you to generate valuable reports based on the information in the system. Administrators can create reporting pages with options to report on various properties and data withing the system. Here is an example of a simple reporting page.

The form allows you to select properties of objects within the lists in the system, the options are:

Any: Means any item with or without in the list.

None: Means items with no data entry in the list.

NOTE: When you select a specific item in a field, for example 'Blue House', the option 'Any' and 'None' change to 'Any Of The Selected' and 'None Of The Selected' since a specific value has been chosen.

Any Of The Selected: Means items where the selected values are present. For example, who have a 'Blue Hosue'.

None Of The Selected: Means items where the selected values are NOT present. For example, any house except a 'Blue House'.

So to see who lives in a Red House and has a RD500 motorbike, you would select House: Any, Red House,  Car: Any,   Motor Bike: RD500. This results in a list of people who live in the Red House and have an RD500 motorbike. After clicking run a new page of results is shown, in this example it returns one item Tedd.

And if we click on Tedd, in this case, we get a summary of his properties, and we can see he does indeed live in the Red House and have an RD500 motorbike.

There are many other possible selectors, for example Date Ranges, Time, Value Based etc. This will depend on the requirements and design implemented.
