The Accounting Years page is used to view and edit all Accounting Years.
The page presents all the Accounting years in a List.
Using the List you can view the Accounting Year, when the year was from and to, and whether the year is Open or Current.
If you click on the Accounting Year you can bring up the Accounting Record in further details.
To add an additional Accounting Year follow these steps-
- Click on the
icon. - Input the Year name
- Input a description
- Set the Date From and To.
- Set whether the year is Open or Current.
- If applicable use the Advanced Options drop down to set further conditions e.g. Access Type.
