OBJ_UNDEL
This will undelete an object and restore it to the state it was at prior to its deletion.
All relationships will be restored to the object.
If the undelete is successful, then the variable {ACT_SUCCESS} will be set.
Use with care to ensure duplicates are not created when undeleting.
