FIRST_LINE
Return the first line from some text such as an address
This command can have an {END_FIRST_LINE} command.
In this case, the string in-between will replace the first parameter and the format will be {FIRST_LINE} string {END_FIRST_LINE}
This is particularly useful if the string is particularly long or contains commas.
